In the course of rendering services to clients, certain information and data are required and this includes name, preferred contact details, names of persons travelling with client, payment information and all such other information as may be required for the purpose of servicing clients’ needs and preferences.
In addition to the above, AWB Travels and Tours LTD may require necessary information from clients’ computers, phones, tablets, or other device client uses to access AWB Travels and Tours LTD services. This information includes IP address, type of browser used, and client’s language settings.
USE OF CLIENT’S DATA
Client’s data and personal information is required for the following purpose:
Visa Facilitation: In line with AWB Travels and Tours LTD Visa Facilitation services, clients’ personal details are required and used in the application for Visas. This is especially as these personal details usually form a core part of information required by the respective Embassies, High Commissions and even the Immigration service.
Trip Reservations: Client’s personal data are required by AWB Travels and Tours LTD for the completion and administering of online Reservations and bookings. This is to facilitate the easy dissemination of relevant communications regarding Trip Reservation and other incidental bookings
Customer service: AWB Travels and Tours LTD provides top notch international standard customer service around the clock therefore requiring personal information of clients such as reservation details and other information as may be required for the purpose of addressing questions, preferences, complaints and observations.
Account Creation and Management: Clients of AWB Travels and Tours LTD can comfortably create, using their personal details, accounts on the AWB Travels and Tours LTD website or apps. This information is used to administer this account and enable several features to the clients such as Trip Reservations and hotel bookings. Client’s with business accounts can also save contact details under that account, manage business reservations, and link other account holders.
Marketing activities: AWB Travels and Tours LTD client’s details may be required for marketing purposes such as:
Sending regular news about travel related products and services. Clients may unsubscribe from this feature.
Personalizing offers to clients.
For the purpose of administering relevant promotional activities
Communicating: AWB Travels and Tours LTD may wish to get in touch with clients on reservations or other incidental issues this maybe by email, phone calls, or text. This is dependent on the information furnished by the client.
SHARING OF CLIENT’S DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES
In line with AWB Travels and Tours LTD regard for clients’ privacy, clients’ data are shared with third parties only to the following extent:
Embassies, High Commissions, and Immigration: In the course of visa facilitation and applications for clients, AWB Travels and Tours LTD shall furnish to the relevant regulatory agencies, Embassy, or commission, all such data as are necessary for such visa facilitation.
Trip Providers: AWB Travels and Tours LTD may be required to share certain reservation details of a client as is necessary to complete a client’s trip reservation with the concerned trip provided as has been chosen by the client or such other circumstances involving a trip provider. These details may include client’s name, contact and payment details, the names of the people accompanying such client, and any other information or preferences specified when the client made the Trip Reservation. AWB Travels and Tours LTD may be required to furnish a trip provider with records of past bookings, the number of completed bookings, and even reviews on past bookings.
Third-party service providers: In a bid to rendering topnotch services to its clients, AWB Travels and Tours LTD may engage the services of third-party service providers in certain incidental areas such as: Customer support, Market research, Fraud detection and prevention (including anti-fraud screening) and in the processing of Payments and charge-backs.
Advertising and Marketing services: Personal data including email address may be shared with third party advertising partners as part of marketing AWB Travels and Tours LTD services to ensure that relevant ads are shown to the right audience.
